Amanda's annual festive soiree is the hottest invitation in the playground set: tinsel and tiaras, a thirty-foot tree, an evil Santa and strict rules about where mulled wine may be drunk. Only Meg has an official invite, so Julia, Kevin and Liz tag along as her plus-threes and struggle to fit in with the alpha crowd.
