Hyacinth Bucket (pronounced Bouquet) has a plan: Richard will dress as Father Christmas and hand out presents at the Vicar's party for the older residents. There is only one snag, which is that Richard has caught the Christmas spirit and is in a far jollier mood than any of Hyacinth's plans can survive. Patricia Routledge is on fine form, as Hyacinth tries to keep everything polished, perfect and under her control. A gentle half hour of snobbery, mishap and politely gritted teeth. A good one for Nan.
